Lost, stolen or damaged tickets

Postal tickets

If you have been sent postal tickets and they have been lost or you have had them stolen then unfortunately you will need to buy a replacement ticket. No refunds are available

E-Tickets/SMS tickets

If the ticket is an E-Ticket then you can print off a duplicate from your User Account.

If you need us to send you a duplicate SMS ticket because you have deleted the original or lost your mobile phone then please call our Sales Team who will arrange this for you.
